I am completely stunned by these changes! To give you an idea, my sleep apnea result was 102 apneas per hour. Now with the machine I'm at 2.5 last night ๐ฅน๐ ! What an incredible change! ๐ On another subject, last night I tried a boxing class ๐ฅ for the first time and I fell in love with this intensive cardio formula! It's individual boxing (we punch on bags) and there are moments of physical conditioning between the boxing rounds. For this first class, I did 0 burpees ๐. But I plan to do at least 2-3 within a month ๐ค that's my goal hihihi. The adrenaline of the class still made me do 10 push-ups even though I thought I wouldn't be able to do one!!! So we are capable of anything hahaha! You just have to believe in it and move forward ๐ค ๐ Have a wonderful day! ๐And remember: you're the master of your life ๐ค๐
