My shrunken roommate hides between my feet, beneath my chair, searching for a way to escape our vast apartment. Cowering in fear as I sit high above, unaware of his whereabouts but growing more and more impatient, until finally he nudges my foot by accident and catches my attention. I proceed to pick him up with my toes, and place him on my sandal, making sure there’s no way for him to escape me this time.
