I got back to working My WWP hard today! Yesterday, however, was a different story 😂
When I exercise, I do what makes sense for My energy level, which generally coincides with My, and the solar system's, moon cycles. Yesterday, My energy was beginning to return, and I wanted to try out some new band exercises. I was using a band that started ripping a few days before, and completely broke toward the end of the first set of exercises. Of course I just kept going and switched up the exercises, because that's what I do.
I'm sharing this here on the timeline, because I think between the band breaking and all the other distractions happening, and Me just going with it, it's a pretty good metaphor for the way I live life. As I've gotten older, I've gotten SO much better at "going with the flow" and every aspect of My life has improved because of it.
If you ever feel stuck/frustrated in life, I recommend doing your best to relinquish attachment to whatever is causing the frustration or keeping you stuck, and open yourself up to all the other possibilities that await 🌟❤️
