I recently bought this yoga trapeze (one of My MANY quarantine purchases from IG ads) and yesterday My dad came over to hang it for Me. Of course I wanted for it to be up in the loft where I workout every day, but the ceiling disagreed, so it ended up having to go basically right in the middle of My home! But honestly, it's pretty fun to just hang upside down in the middle of the room 🤷🏻♀️
This was My second time doing this practice that I purchased, and I am already completely in Love and want to spend all of My time learning more... except My body is already killing Me, so I'm going to have to be patient, I think 😳😂
