Yoga has changed my perception of my body and mind π I am becoming aware of my movements and breathing properly. Every asana is some kind of discovery for me π I start to hear my body and work on my flexibility and strength. I can be tired and tense before class, but afterwards I feel revitalized and full of life. Yoga gives me new energy! π€© β‘
