OMG we are halfway through summer, WHAAAT?!!
This video is from 20202, when I had moved out of my studio apartment into my first apartment with an actual bedroom! I have been reminiscing lots on where I was and where I am - especially in terms of housing security and financial stability. Join me in this video! Turn the lights down low and play yourself some hippy dippy zen music. I light a candle and do some stretches to ground my mind and body. Minor sound in this video as I am focussing on breath.
