Had been on a cut since June 2020 until March 2021, then slowly started upping my food. Decided June 2021 I did indeed want to compete again, but I was tiny and had a lot of growing to do, especially to beat my previous shape back in 2016. Building muscle takes time.. especially when fully natural 😅
