I started bodybuilding when I was 14 old, Something inside me said arron this is the path you must go on in life. I had no experience, no help from the people surrounding me in fact there was a lot of negativity towards my dreams and goals,.. I watched every single you tube video and read books to gather as much information as I could, I then applied it and worked consistently every day to get to the top of the uk in natural teenage bodybuilding, All at this time I was trying to find my birth mother who I was unfortunately taken from in 2001 ,I got to the top contest in the uk for natural bodybuilders and 2 weeks after my adoptive parents kicked me out of the house and I was homeless sleeping in my car for 4 months, This time was very challenging, no unbelavablely challanging in fact, it took everything I had within me to stay in course knowing that one day my aims in life will become a reality Something inside told me to keep going on this path I have chosen and it will bring me to a better positive life one day My aim of my profile and content is for that anyone who listens and applies what I am going to help anyone with will achive there health and fitness goals in life. There are 3 simple things you must know in order to succeed in your health and fitness journey 1. Believe, you must believe that you can do it! 2. Take a positive attitude towards this journey you are about to embark on. 3. Know that you will become and achieve what you are thinking about. I am not just into bodybuilding but a range of health and well being activitys that have made me who I am with the strong character I have developed through the challanges and workouts, Your body is a mode of transport that will take you trough this experience we call life. If it is strong healthy and vibrant, life will improve drasticly, 1. Peace of mind 2. A confident image of yourself 3. Faith, if you can change your body and health to where you want it to be, life itself will take on a whole knew meaning. I want to thankyou all for taking your time and reading this All of us have the same mental abilitys, If I can do it then so can you it's as simple as that I am no better or talented than anyone, i have a burning disire to succeed and to see others succeed to live a more happy, fulfilling meaningful life. We may think some others are more intelligent and gifted, but we are all the highest form of creation on this planet! You allready have all that is required inside you to make the life you really want, I more than anyone else want to help you get to the body, health and wellbeing that you disire because I know how important it is in life to have a strong healthy vibrant mind and body to protect yourself from all the nagative energy, I would love to start a conversation and start changing your life for the better and forever because once you start the change is perminant, Start today.
