In the past i didnt eat so much as you would expect. I mostly did not move and sometimes ate less than 1000 calories a day. Did not had a big eating desire but i always wished i could gobble tons of food. I rarely walked instead and never left my home as long as i didnt need to.
But since i work, i have to go out, taking stairs down from 3rd floor and later up into the 3rd floor. Also walking to the car, doing stuff at work and also go out for breakfast adds to the movement i do over the day.
I gained 10 Kg back in one week because im crazy hungry. I can eat every one or two hours now. Also ate a half cake with 2200 calories as breakfast on sunday and was quickly hungry again. Im not used tonthat appetite. Wtf...
I smelled that i might gain fast and are outgrowing my 12 xl pants. I ordered 14 xl pants weeks ago just in case. Good i did. They fit now perfectly and comf. After this, i dont know where to get pants above 15xl.
