Spontaneity is the ability to freely, sincerely, aimlessly express one's motives. A person capable of spontaneous self-expression is perceived by others as sensual, emotional, lively and sincere. The ability to be spontaneous is an important indicator of mental health. Spontaneity is an element of a happy and joyful life. When you think about who a "spontaneous person" is, how he behaves, what he is interested in and does, what is the first thing that comes to your mind? Most likely, this is a kind of collective image β a cheerful, easy-going, bright, sociable, non-conformal, interesting person who easily establishes contacts with others, does not hesitate to show his own emotions and live according to his interests. Spontaneity is not outrageous or impulsive, it has little to do with looseness, infantilism and immaturity, dementia and courage. This is a skill (talent!) to be yourself, in harmony with the inner world, to be here and now, just to be. In spontaneity we reveal ourselves, we are real, we exist in the moment, this is how we can truly ourselves and other people, it fills us with a bunch of personal meanings. I am a very spontaneous person, and I advise you to learn to be in the present moment, this is very important for the manifestation of inner motives. After all, only when we plunge into the present with our heads, we can find a response to it within ourselves, understand our true emotions and desires, and act in accordance with them. Constant control over ourselves and what is happening around us, schedules, multitasking, schedules and plans really make life easier for us, but if you add a little more spontaneity to it, it can be much more interesting!ππ€« To be continued... πππ
