My FIRST EVER cliff dive π³π in Hawaii
My whole life I have been EXTREMELY afraid of heights, I started bouldering (rock climbing over mats, ~20 feet tallest) to help me get over this fear.
This was so freeing and has to be one of the biggest internal mental accomplishments I have had in a LONG time. β€οΈπ
