I like to start the year with a clean slate and write down my dreams and goals in a beautiful notebook 📖💫. The main thing for me is to formulate them clearly and in the present tense, as if they have already come true 🙌🏻💖. Instead of “I want to be confident” - “I am confident and feminine every day”. That way the dreams get closer and more real! How do you write your goals? 🥰
