A small fragment of today's workout in the gym. Now this year I will train a little in an easy mode 3-4 workouts per week., I will keep myself in shape, do not worry about this, my dear subscribers. My body will delight you. I have been on a regular basis for several years, participated in various competitions. Therefore, I decided to make a conscious rest, to restore my health from hard training. Of course, I will lose muscle quality, but without it, nowhere. But next year I will return to the competition.
