This is the body I am aiming to get back too π₯, over the next 12, 20 weeks.
Probably without wearing the super tight Budgy smugglers, as it's going to still be too cold.
I am currently tracking all my calories using Myfitnesspal, It makes changing your body so easy, once you understand how to do it.
