I spent the last few days walking, π immersed in the peaceful atmosphere of nature. Every moment in the fresh air gave me an incredible feeling of freedom and lightness. I enjoyed the rustling of leaves, the singing of birds and the soft rays of the sun warming my skin. This time was a real source of relaxation and peace of mind for me. I feel all anxieties gradually dissolving, giving way to harmony and happiness. Nature has given me a new understanding of the beauty of the world around me and the importance of simple joys. π«ππ₯°
I think it's worth organizing such a time for yourself at least once a week, if you are busy with work and you don't have time even for yourself, I think the best option would be to get away with nature. A few times a week to allow yourself to do that.
Do you think that's a good option?βΊοΈπ
