Useful advice from Green Witch ✨🧙♀️💚
Today I would like to share with you some exercises that can help relieve lower back spasms and pain caused by compression of the sciatic nerve.
🔷First exercise for lower back pain: lying on your back, put your leg behind the knee of the other leg and slowly place your hips on this side without taking your shoulder blades off the floor. Your head is pointing in the opposite direction.
Then do the same on the other side. It is important to do the exercise slowly, if you are in acute pain - do not do it, see a doctor to relieve the acute inflammation.

🔷 Second exercise: lying on your back, put one leg behind the knee of the other and pull it towards you and fix it with your hands. You will feel tension in the area where the sciatic nerve is, this is normal, then you will feel relief.
Repeat the same with the second leg.
Hold the leg until the discomfort subsides.
At the end of the second video, I show you how to get up from the mat after the therapeutic exercises.
