🕑 Added 2024-06-10 17:26:49 +0000 UTC Free Slave Task!!!Nipple Play!!!
Engage in a training exercise focused on your nipples. This task is designed to enhance sensitivity and obedience.
1. **Warm-Up**: Begin by gently massaging your nipples to stimulate *****flow and make them nice and sensitive. This should be done for 5 minutes.
2. **Twist and Pull**: Using your fingers, gently twist and pull your nipples. The sensation should be intense but not painful. Hold each twist for 10 seconds before releasing. Repeat this 10 times for each nipple.
3. **Clamps**: Attach nipple clamps or laundry pins to your nipples. Start with light pressure and gradually increase over time. Keep the clamps on for 10 minutes, then remove them and repeat the process with a slightly tighter grip.
4. **Temperature Play**: Use a combination of warm and cold sensations on your nipples. Apply ice cubes or a cold compress for 30 seconds, then switch to a warm compress or hot water. Switch between the two for 10 minutes.
6. **Reflection**: After completing the task, reflect on the sensations experienced. Note any changes in sensitivity or control over your nipples.
This task should be performed twice a week to ensure consistent training and development.
After a week of training you must write down your experiences with the nipple training task I have given you. This report should include detailed descriptions of the sensations you felt, any changes in sensitivity, and any other relevant observations.
Send me an DM with your report.
Remember, this is an opportunity for you to demonstrate your obedience and commitment.
