One of my favorite fruits from the beginning of time has been, watermelon! β’~ Fact about melons: they digest quicker than any other food so eating them by themselves allows for them to digest correctly in the gut where when mixed with eating then with other foods, they can lead to other food being confused and left undigested to ferment in the tummy which is a no go for our gut health β¨ Look at this huge, seeded beauty I found for only $5!!!
