Some clips from my pole dancing class yesterday! It was called “Slow Flow” and the idea was to learn a routine that was just drippy and languid and sensual 💫
I do some free styling in the 2nd clip, which I absolutely love. But I think I finally got the choreo down by the 3rd one 🙌🏻
