My left shoulder is messed up from doing pole so I now have these resistance band exercises I’m trying to get into the habit of doing every morning to help strengthen it.
My alarm went off right in the middle of me talking to you 🤪 but no worries, I always enjoy your company to chat with during these mundane tasks of life 💜
