Yes, if you have a pool or area you can do a cold plunge at, I challenge you to do one and send me the video as proof. It can be nude, too!! I have incorporated this into my morning routine for better health, especially the regulation of my nervous system which tends to get out of whack for a lot of us if we arenโt keeping an eye on it both mentally and physically. And when we can do hard things now like finding our breath during a cold plunge, itโll inevitably equip us to handle other things life chooses to challenge us with. Itโs about balance, baby! ๐
