Well, after a month in the gym, my first 80 kg π₯΅ before that, I trained in the gym too, but when I didn't take a weight heavier than my own. then there was a break from the gym for several years and I trained at home , but at home I have dumbbells with a maximum of 20 kg . In general , I think I will soon master 100 kg too ! I 'm proud of myself ! can you imagine how strong a little woman I am! my weight is now 50 kg lol and my height is 156 cm
