🕑 Added 2023-09-22 16:34:44 +0000 UTC Apologies for the radio silence!! π lots of big life changes have been happening recently but I'm still working away π€ Quick lil update - it's been around 4 days since my last anavar cycle ended and probably wasn't the *most* productive cycle due to a bunch of unpredictable things happening but still made sure to push myself in every session and progress has still been made βΊοΈ Roughly 9 weeks now until I start my first competition prep and I CANNOT wait!! I was terrified but the fear has turned into excitement now, been building on this physique for well over 2 years and I'm excited to see what's hiding under all the fluff
