Stiff leg deadlifts on pull day 🥰
I hadn't trained pull in over a week since I was away last week, nutrition has been all over the place while I had time off and we're still experiencing a lot of humidity so I was pleasantly surprised to see my strength on the up this week!!
Top set - 95kg x 6
Back off - 80kg x 10
Wont be long until I'm in the 100kg club 🤭
