Iโm currently enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where Iโm studying with some of the worldโs experts in health, wellness, and nutrition, while also learning the art of transformational coaching. Itโs been such a beautiful journey thus far, and the knowledge and improvements Iโve experienced in my own well-being has been profound to say the least. I seriously canโt wait to start working with people to achieve their own wellness goals.
