Starting my morning with a lil COLD PLUNGEš¦āļøš§Iāve been doing this pretty much every single day since Iāve moved in, as soon as I hop out of bed.
It leaves me feeling refreshed and energized and motivated to get shit doneeee!
Iāve spoken about the mental and physical benefits of cold immersion here before and shared my experiences with consistent cold showers, but this is next level for me. We wonāt be heating our pool for the winter months and I can already feel the temp dropping. Oooooffff itās gonna be challenging AF in the nearing cool seasonsš„¶
