I wanted to share with you some good news since the beginning of the year (comparing to January):
- My weight went from 48.6 kg to 51.5 kg đȘ
- I gained 2.1 kg of muscle and only 800 g of fat đđđ
- I went from 12.7% fat to 13.56% đ«Ł
I broke my record in lower body measurements, with the biggest improvement being in my quads (I gained 5 cm). đŠ”đ I still haven't surpassed my greatest superior measurements. Last year I went on a long trip (2 months) and didn't have access to gyms and lost 1.5 kg of muscle, so I'm still chasing those measurements. đ„”
I'm very happy with the results and I plan to continue Bulking for another 3 months (6-pack fans, be patient lol) đ„°đ„° My diet was 1850 kcal and now will be 2200 kcal đœïž
Thanks for all the support, I love you!
