Hahah Iβm just searching for the right sound for the MIDI pianoβ¦searching through keys and pads. I keep sitting down to create something ethereal and I end up producing something bass and grittyβ¦.clearly some darker emotions are wiggling out of my subconscious.
No need to control or force. Just feel. The feelings are never right or wrong, good or bad. All feelings just need to flow through us. Allow them, all of them, to flow throughβ¦all the way in and all the way outβ¦this is what it is to be human. You must feel all the loss and grief and pain as it flows through. It is what makes you more human, more alive. Then it clears through, maybe never completely gone but definitely it becomes more spacious inside, and there is room for joy, pleasure, play, and laughter. All the feeling flow through your body. If youβre blocking off the feelings you donβt want to feel, youβre also clogging the flow of the good feelings.
