The first pillar of the Wim Hof Method: BREATHING😮💨
“ We’re always breathing, yet we’re mostly unaware of its tremendous potential. Heightened oxygen levels hold a treasure trove of benefits, and the specialized breathing technique of the Wim Hof Method® unearths them all: more energy, reduced stress levels, and an augmented immune response that swiftly deals with pathogens.”
In this video, you can see me holding my breath after the last exhale at 55seconds until 2:13 = 1minutes and 18seconds hold. Easy. My max hold on the third round last year was 2:25minutes.
Pillar no.2 of WHM is ❄️cold! Right after my 3 rounds of breathing I went into my ice bath at 6dregrees C for 4 minutes.
—> you can find videos for beginners to practice WHM breathing for free on YouTube. My husband has been doing this every day for a year, I did it less regularly but now I have decided to begin again daily to help my autoimmune disease, psoriasis <—
