In my life, I had around 10 psychologists. With 8 of them, I stopped after 1-2 sessions because I felt it was not for me. Some people just don’t fit, some are not LGBT-friendly, some use a method like “push until you cry” 🥺🥺 A psychologist is like a friend - you need to try and see. Not every person can be your friend, and not every psychologist can feel right for you! And even if they feel right, it’s still hard to find one who is really HELPFUL 🫂
Soooo yes, you can say congrats - I finally found one! We work hard, and I am so happy ^^
For years, I wake up every night 1-2 times in sweat. It became normal, but I hate it! And nooow, after just three sessions with her, first two weeks I didn’t wake up in sweat every night. I feel so happy 🥹✨
