Hi there! π After every workout, I have this little ritual that I absolutely adore. As soon as I finish my session at the gym, I head straight to either the pool or the sauna πββοΈβ¨
If I choose the pool, I dive into the cool water, and it feels like all the tension in my muscles just melts away π¦ Itβs the perfect way to refresh both my body and mind. Sometimes Iβll do a few lazy laps, and other times, Iβll just float on my back, staring at the ceiling, letting my thoughts drift π
On other days, the sauna is my sanctuary. The heat wraps around me like a warm blanket, and I can literally feel my stress evaporating with every drop of sweat π₯π I love sitting there, eyes closed, imagining Iβm in some peaceful forest or on a tropical beach.
Itβs my way of rewarding myself after a hard workout ποΈββοΈ Whether itβs the calming water or the soothing heat, this routine makes me feel like a brand-new person every single time π Do you have any post-workout rituals that you swear by? π
