I want to share with you my story of how I struggled with sleep issues. We all go through difficult periods and this was one of those times for me. 🤯
A few months ago, I noticed that my sleep was getting worse: I couldn't fall asleep for long periods of time, often waking up in the middle of the night and feeling wrecked in the morning. 😩
It was not only affecting my mood, but also my productivity. I realized that I needed to change something! At first I tried different methods: meditation, yoga and even special relaxation apps. 🧘♀️✨ But unfortunately, it didn't always work. At some point I realized that I needed more mindfulness in my daily routine.
I started following my regimen: I decreased my screen time before bed, started following routines, and even found my perfect bedtime ritual: a hot bath, reading a book, and a cup of herbal tea. 📖☕
It really helped me relax and prepare for sleep. I feel so much better now and have learned to appreciate every minute of rest. 🌙💤 How do you deal with sleep problems? Maybe you have your own secrets that help? Share in the comments, let's support each other! 💖
