Waking up — and feeling calm inside 😊
No racing thoughts, no pressure, no constant “shoulds”.
Just stillness. Just “I am.” 🌿
It’s not always easy to hold onto that.
Sometimes anxiety rushes in and I feel like I need to keep running, achieving, proving.
But then I pause. I close my eyes. I breathe.
And I remember:
“Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear…” (Qur’an, 2:286)
I don’t need to be strong every single moment to be worthy 💗
It’s okay to be soft. To be real. To be undone.
And still — to be loved. 🌸
Sometimes growth means going inward, not upward.
Sometimes choosing to stay is braver than rushing forward.
Sometimes “success” is simply being at peace with yourself. 🧘♀️
Can you be honest with yourself… even when no one is watching?
