Sure, my pace was more like an easy jog (weβre not all Olympians here π), but I tried to enjoy every step. The best part? Passing by a small lake and watching the ducks waddle around, quietly envious of their measured life. π¦π¦
By the end, I was a little out of breath, but completely rested. Now I need some fuel β smoothie or pancakes? What do you think? π€π
Leave a comment and let me know if youβll be joining me on my next run! ππ
Let's do the Morticia Morning Run Challenge together, or do you prefer to burn calories in another way? πΆπ¦
