Iβm finally getting over my sickness and was able to do some light cardio this morning. I did hack up a lung afterwards tho π
So lame I got sick the moment I felt motivation to get back into powerlifting/going to the gym regularly π‘π‘π‘
I havenβt had alcohol or fast food in a couple weeks now also ! Iβm really trying to do everything I can to stay healthy and happy this winter. Seasonal depression hits me so hard. Iβve been feeling kind of hopeless lately but im trying to push through!!!!!!!!
