The Trill are kinda Ghoullβs fav, there is something about a tummy worm holding all the memories/experiences of the previous hosts while observing & interacting with the new host as a collective.
As a Star Trek fan, have you ever wondered about the fascinating Trill species? Did you know that Trills are a "joined" species, but not everyone has a symbiont? The Trill have changed somewhat since they were first introduced, with early visual markers in TNG including distinctive ridges, while those from DS9 and Discovery feature a variety of markings and skin colors
If you're looking for some fun *Trill-related content* that isnβt a nude Ghoull, check out the "Meridian" episode of Star Trek: DS9, which features lines like "Later we can go back to your room and count each other's spots". Or, for a more serious take, check out the "Cogenitor" episode of Star Trek: Enterprise, which explores the ethical implications of interfering with the gender roles of a pre-warp civilization.
*Ps anyone else notice that Trills can't use transporters in one series, and then can in another????*
