Weighloss update
In December, as it is during the holidays most of the time....I shot up to 206lbs :P
Got semi back on track....starting doing a lot of fasting...haven't gotten back on the workout train yet, but definitely cut down on my sugar intake and portion control has been the name of my game (makes it easier to maintain) now....here's the update
