From this I booked 6 Shows in 4Weeks in 8 different countries ❤
How I plan my Tours.
1) Get out my boards
2) Write down all the countries I wanna do a show in
3) Think what resources I have, who I know
4) Map out the routing for the tour ( beginning to end)
5) Set Dates for the tour
6) Once everything is written out, then I contact people
7) Last step I reach out to all my contacts I know, negotiate & lock in the deals on WhatsApp.
8) send out contract to confirm shows.
9) collect deposits
10) Confirm all flights & Hotels are Booked
The Key to planning a tour is being consistent & developing good relationships ❤💸
