I was worried that they'll gonna idle too long on other spots, while egg-head was happening. But honestly, this is just as great - if not even better, to do that right after the betrayal reveal, to keep building the hype up. Now, regarding if Law and Kidd will show up again, I'm on prez' side. Who knows, maybe they even show up to help Luffy in the end, along with the Straw Hat Alliance led by Bartholomew :P (while also being Tsundere about it).

Same result. Kidd attacked a yonko and his entire grand fleet. Law was attacked by Blackbeard and a couple crew mates. Clear difference in difficulty.

No confirmation on why Blackbeard was so happy with the blood and hat, Probably just the symbolism of having beaten Law, but I do like the theory of him being able to make a vivre card from it so he can track Law now that he's escaped

to be a little fair with Kid getting one clapped, shanks saw what was gonna happen and took it very serious from the start, while Blackbeard just rushed into the fight, lightheaded. Van Augur said it himself, when he had to resque his captain from falling^^
