Remember in Dressrosa when Garp said he was flattening mountains to prepare for his fight against Don Chinjao? We see that wasn't a hyperbole. Also fun fact: it might not be as clear in the anime, but Garp is using Conquers Haki to coat his fist like what Luffy, Kaido, Roger, and Whitebeard can do. In the manga, Galaxy Impact is drawn the same way as those "not touching" clashes, except his bubble starts way in the air.

the only people who can beat garp of today is kuzan and blackbeard no one else from blackbeard crew can fight him i would say kuzan has more chance then blackbeard but im not saying blackbeard can't but it will not be easy to be honest the current luffy can beat him beacuse like garp and all the top people in one piece luffy has all type of haki so even if he has 2 devil fruits luffy can fight him easy i mean blackbeard is not even top 10 in the series plus he doent even have conqueror haki let alone advance conqueror coding like luffy,garp,kaido,bigmom,shanks,and others blackbeard has long way to go he needs to have atlist conqueror haki if he wanna fight these people even his dark dark fruit that touch you and cancel ur devil fruit i mean luffy can hit him without letting him touch with advance conqueror haki like he did with kaido plus haki can suppress any devil fruit so i hope blackbeard gets conqueror haki oh someting cuz his devil fruits not enough
