Personally, I’m with you and Kelv. Don’t get me wrong, Oden is strong asf. But as you said, Rayleigh just seems too fine tuned that gives him the edge

I’m with Kelv, I think Rayleigh has the edge over Oden. Purely because of his mastery over haki. Oden has pure natural strength and strong haki but I feel Rayleigh has that fine tuned control and mastery. Just my opinion tho :)
