One thing I always found weird about this whole ordeal is that it is class Cs responsibility to PROVE that Sudo is guilty and not Sudos responsibility to prove he is innocent. The burden of prove falls on the prosecution, not on the defendant, does it not?

there are three seasons currently, season 4 has been announced and theres currently enough LN content for 6-7 seasons. by the time the LN ends it will probably have content for 9-11 seasons. BTW PLEASE PICK THIS ANIME UP, ITS SO GOOD

The thing about how they are surviving with just 1 point is already shown in episode 1 and 3. There are free stuffs provided for those that does not have enough points. Episode 1 showed there are some stuffs that you can take for free in the convenience store but only up to 3 per month, and episode 3 showed a senpai eating free meal in the cafeteria.
