I think the problem was not even about Sanji, but Queen. Queen didn't have large scale flashy attacks like King to make more out of the fight animation. And well, it's vice captain against vice captain, it's gotta be a better animated fight.

Vincent and Chris again...cinema. Vincent drew the scenes with the cool impact frames that you were looking at at the end. Chris drew the finisher under the storyboard from Ishizuka who is a veteran on the One Piece team. Ishi drew for excample Sanji vs Jabura in Enies Lobby and the final moments of Luffy vs Lucci and many more like the Zoro vs Killer moment in Wano. Nowadays he is just storyboarding, so he shows the animators what they should draw. Ishizuka x Chris (online Yen_Bm) are a crazy combo and they will do even more in the laters episodes...be prepared

the animators went off on this ep with such cool details. Impact frames were gorgeous as ever. Such a cool detail (around 21:50) when Zoro declared his victory and that he is willing to become the king of hell you can see the letters Z-O-R-O around him created by his own Haki
