Apparently Mochi can beat rubber. And as cool as Luffy learning new tricks from Katakuri would be; I fear Katakuri will actually learn from Luffy at this rate, and that's a scary thought. And god damn he's sexy. I was wondering why the comment section and you two where thirsting for him - now I get it.

Oda likes his numbers. The reason why Katakuri has 57 is because Go mu can mean 56, which Luffy wore a shirt with that at one point. 57 is one higher than 56, essentially it's to say he's one better than Luffy.

The thing is, we haven’t seen the Straw Hats lament their lack of strength since Sabaody when they were confronted with Kizaru and the Pacifistas. This is their first major loss since the time skip started. It also hurts more for Brook and Chopper since this is the second time they’ve been rendered helpless this arc. Though the first time was technically on Zou when Sanji was taken and they couldn’t stop it.
