Basically Ross is "possessed" same as Alpha and the rest of the girls in Shadow Garden. Being Possessed means they are a descesdant of Olivia the hero who has blood of Diablos in their bodies . If it's not controlled they will become the ugly thing in the second episode. Only Cid knows how to get rid of it and make them compatible . Ross could become as strong as the 7 shadows.
