I am pretty shure she lied at the end. You can see it in her face before she decides to lash out (she is sad and very composed). Even if it wasn't a lie and she cheated on him, she wouldn't have to reveal that. At this point she already understood the point of the game. She said it to save him either way. If she was truly evil and didn't love him, she wouldn't have to reveal that. She did it out of love.

I saw this way back when, but I forget a lot. She won the actual game, right? But I couldn't decide who was worse, but the anime did, I guess, but again, a lot of the reveals were after the game ended, and didn't she win? I am confused. Still that didn't make it a bad episode.
