Well, a short series 12 episodes 1 OVA and 1 movie with a second season that's been promised for over a year, an isekai that drops you in an alternate Europe during their WW1 but with magic? I'm referring to The Saga of Tanya the Evil. I couldn't find it in your collection list.

Something from the Gundam series, they are mostly self contained stories, it has variety: dark artistic and great animation (Gundam: thunderbolt), Grounded and realistic (Gundam: the 8th MS Team), Standard hero story with excellent animation (Gundam: Unicorn), Morally grey and talking about the nature of war (at least the first season) (Gundam: 00), A little laid back, school slice of life-ish and existential, with a mystery plot (Gundam: witch from mercury) Dark and gritty (Gundam: Iron blooded orphans)

The Fate/Grand Order anime. This one takes a bit of explaining though. The only info you really need to go into it is that it's an entirely different timeline from the Fate/Stay Night series. It's based on a mobile game that has like 20 chapters but only chapters 1, 6, 7, and 8 have anime's. You start with Fate/Grand Order -First Order-, then the two Camelot movies, then Absolute Demonic Front Babylonia, and then Grand Temple of Time: Solomon
