Again, there is a difference between Worlds of the world and what Rimuru has(Raphael/Great Sage) Words of the world talks to EVERYONE when they are deemed worthy enough to receive a skill, and almost all otherworld's receive uniuqe skills when they arrive. Or when a major even happens like a demon lord's awakening, remember how the entire slime town heard the words of the world when Rimuru was awakening? Thats words of the world. Also Great Sage/Raphael are Unique skills, well even though Great sage evolved into an Ultimate skill(Raphael) it follows the same properties as an unique skill as NO ONE else can have that skill unless the user dies.

Yuuki is the head of the Guild, and Masayuki is an adventurer. It's not strange that Masayuki is dealing with him. Masayuki doesn't think he himself is strong but he thinks his team is strong. Orthrus seems to have some strong beings among them, but how strong? Masayuki hasn't met Hinata, who was rumored as a strong human but supposedly Rimuru beat her. He figures therefore Rimuru could be strong. He is fully aware that things had gone pretty easily so far for him. Btw, neither Yuuki nor Bernie is affected by his Skill. Chosen One, being a Unique Skill, can be resisted by some, for example, anyone with a Unique Skill or better.
