I forgot how confusing this show can be if you haven’t read the novels. Just a quick comment since it’s really difficult to figure out in the anime: Climb is actually crazy strong compared to the vast majority of humans. He just happens to always be around the cream of the crop fighters so looks like a goober by comparison. He doesn’t have the talent to be hero status or high adventurer status, but he’s easily stronger than pretty much every castle soldier and guard.

So in terms of what Sebas’ truly is, he’s a Dragonoid, meaning he can turn into a dragon-man as a final form. Also, the reason why Nabe (Narberal) was particularly angry about hearing how the Blue Roses beat up poor Entoma (the bug maid) is because both their creators programmed them to act and treat each other as sisters.

I mean they didn’t censor it by much, ‘cause it’s pretty clear that Sebas caved in Zero’s skull.

No Zero is dead, they just censored it. In the novel Sebas completely crushed his head.

that whole scenario of "is she dead?" was so unintentionally funny. Also Zero got his head caved in by the heel dropkick. so he very much got it worse than the others because he was alive for afew seconds to ask what Sebas is before dying.
