Middray means he is a match for Milim in sparring with throwing techniques. The pink monster mittens Milim got from Rimuru actually weaken her so she can spar with others (most people). Milim doesn't ignore Dragon Faithful, she just doesn't rule them..... I don't remember what kind of dragon Middray's people are descended from, but I don't think it's True Dragons, but it's some other high-ish level dragon..... Battle experience is emphasized as a big component of strength in Slime.... Yamza was under Clayman's control all along.... Maybe Albis doesn't like her personality when she fully powers up, so she tries to avoid it.
